Shipping Policy

At Benze, we currently offer shipping services only within India. We do not deliver internationally.

What We Offer:

• FREE Shipping across India

• FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders below ₹3000.

• FREE Reverse Pickups (within India)

We deliver all across India using reliable and trusted courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Important Notes:

During peak periods such as festivals, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended due to high volumes or logistical constraints.

For remote or outlier locations, if your shipping address is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will get in touch with you directly to find the best possible solution to ensure your order reaches you.

Once your order is placed, it will reach you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Benze currently does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

We do provide exchanges  on orders.
